Offer support to people in crisis.

People Think Emotions are scary, but they aren’t
Talking about emotions in British Puritanical Society and all of the developed world has a major problem talking about emotions. Emotions aren’t scary, they’re a language that teaches us about ourselves and the world around us.
Our connection to each other is one of the most important assets in the world.
If we have two things: safety and connection, it is really hard not to have a great day. If you need help talking about your emotions, try journaling. Don’t forget that there’s no substitute for a connection to other people. Our current society is running into the problem of f trying to find connection through electronics and AI. We can chip out way out of it by volunteering to be a friend to someone in crisis. Please see our contact page
HAVING FUN – the rest of the 50% is just having fun.

Just adding a sentence or two in a notebook can be the first step. Sometimes, it’s calling a friend. That’s why we’re here.
